Verizon FiOS Sucks is a historical record of how I ordered the Verizon FiOS Triple Play package and ended up with my phone being disconnected for more than 4 weeks! My FiOS Order and Verizon Customer Service experiences were terrible but I also know that other people have had good experiences (or similarly bad broadband installs with other providers). My saga is in this blog for you to form your own opinion.

I have turned this bad experience into a positive and started VerizonFiOSHelp.com.  On this site, customers of Verizon FiOS services can post and answer questions about Customer Service, Television, Internet or Phone Issues (among others).  You can even find a forum for Verizon FiOS Deals.
